If you figure out the answer to this question, you would have beaten most of your competition. eVisibility Boosts Morale with Gas Subsidy Program

Thursday, November 6th, 2008

With the economy in the dumps and gas prices skyrocketing, eVisibility Inc. Founder and CEO Danny DeMichele found a way to make the long commute to work for many of his employees a little more bearable. Earlier this year eVisibility began a gas subsidy program that pays employees the difference between the average price of regular gas at the end of the month and $2.25 a gallon based on the number of miles that each employee’s commute is. When many of the employees came on at eVisibility the cost of gas was at $2.25 a gallon or lower and DeMichele wanted to make sure these employees weren’t tempted to work closer to home.

Many eVisibility employees live in the City of San Diego or areas of Northern San Diego County as far up as Temecula, or even in the neighboring County of Riverside. With the eVisibility main office located in Carlsbad, California, these employees are traveling 30 to 40 miles each way to get to work. eVisibility CEO Danny DeMichele knew that employees were talking about the prices of gas and he didn’t want to lose any members of the dream team that he had put together. The gas subsidy just made sense.

Although this program will cost eVisibility between $45,000 and $55,000 for the first year, DeMichele says that is much more affordable than the cost of losing employees and having to find and train their replacements. Not only would this cost eVisibility resources, but it would also lower the quality of the services that they could provide to clients while the new employees would have to acclimate and they might never be as good as the original employee. And while many eVisibility employees live close enough to the office that their gas costs haven’t gone through the roof, everyone appreciates the extra cash.

What eVisibility has done should serve as a lesson to other companies. Provide incentives to boost morale of a skilled staff, and the company will be successful even when the economy takes a downturn.

The eVisibility Team

Thursday, November 6th, 2008

The team at eVisibility may be small compared to the traditional marketing firms that fill up entire buildings on Madison Avenue, but the team of 35 or so dedicated professionals at this Internet marketing agency have the experience and innovation to match hundreds of traditional marketers. eVisibility has even offered their services to traditional marketing firms that lack the knowledge and experience to maintain Internet marketing campaigns for their clients. The team at eVisibility has this kind of power because they are on top of their game and stay on the cutting edge of technology and methodology.

The eVisibility team includes professionals in the areas of search engine optimization, pay per click management, online reputation management, online media buying, social media marketing and web development. The range of services that this team offers is completely different from the services that you would find at a traditional marketing firm. eVisibility also offers more services than the average search marketing firm, which makes this team an anomaly in their own industry.

While most Internet marketing service providers offer search engine optimization and pay per click management, eVisibility has been innovative enough to continue expanding their services to be able to serve more clients. The leadership at eVisibility decided to add a social media marketing team to take advantage of the rising popularity of social networking on the Internet. And when eVisibility started offering online reputation management they were able to cater more to clients that had defamatory remarks published about them and their companies on the Internet who wanted to turn their reputations around.

Web development was the latest of services to be offered at eVisibility. With so many clients asking for recommendations about where to go for web development, it made sense to bring a team of professionals on board rather than referring clients to those people. And as the world of Internet marketing expands, there’s no telling what services eVisibility will be offering next.

The former focuses on web content and keyword selection, placement, and density on the business website while off-page SEO is broadly comprised of blog marketing, link building, forum participation, directory submission, among other marketing initiatives.

Indeed, the tasks involved in implementing search engine optimization are complex and demand time and specialized skills. To cut back on time allotment and increase revenues with minimal expense on resource, it is a highly recommended business strategy to outsource SEO.

Nowadays when SEO tools abound, the success of any online business still rests on a professional SEO third-party vendor who has technical knowledge and experience, equipped to align search engine optimization techniques with your business vision, outline, and requirements, which no generic SEO tool can provide. Another aspect to factor in is diversity in search engine optimization strategies, not to mention its dynamic nature with updates happening so often. Only SEO professionals have specialized knowledge to foresee trends in SEO strategies vis-?-vis the goals and nature of your business.

The current trend in SEO evolution is its redirection of purpose from page rank and traffic to more specific targeted keywords. This factor’s effect goes beyond reaching the right audience; it includes ensuring a niche for your business.

Thus, search engine optimization has gained a rightful, if not defining, place in marketing premier businesses online. It deserves ample time and resource management; outsourcing it is no longer a risk.
